Minimum of 4 weekend shifts required per schedule (schedules are 4 weeks).
Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Burn ICU will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients. The unit specializes in the treatment of burn injuries and offers advanced medical care with a focus on patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs of ICU patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan and implement patient care strategies.
- Utilize specialized equipment including ventilators and CRRT as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in Meditech.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN license.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS.
- Must have experience in critical care or med/surg.
