RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - PCU

Job Details:

• Work in 12-bed Burn ICU unit providing specialized care for burn patients
• Patient ratios: ICU patients 2:1, Med/surg and PCU patients 4:1
• Minimum 4 weekend shifts per schedule (schedules are 4 weeks)
• Med/surg experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Work with specialized equipment including ventilators, specialty beds, and occasionally CRRT
• Use Meditech documentation system
• Navy scrubs required dress code
• Unit staffing includes Charge RN, RNs, and PCT support
• Contract labor floats first according to facility floating policy
