Hemodialysis RN - 7-Week Contract

Schedule

This position requires a 4x10 hour shift from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Hemodialysis RN for a 7-week contract position. The ideal candidate will provide various hemodialysis treatments and care for patients suffering from renal failure, ensuring effective operations of dialysis equipment and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Administer bedside dialysis treatments and manage patient care.
Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment as necessary.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Document patient care and equipment functions using Epic charting system.
Participate in staff training and orientation as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in hemodialysis.
Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license required prior to start.
Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are required.
