Job Description
Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Neuro Medical-Surgical care. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a dedicated staff to provide exceptional service to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Assessment and management of patient care needs.
- Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitoring patient progress and reporting changes in condition.
- Collaboration with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Documentation of patient care activities in EMR (Meditech).
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- BLS Certification.
- NIHSS Certification preferred.
- Experience in MedSurg and Neuro care.
