Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and patient assessments
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida
- Previous experience in a rehabilitation or LTACH setting preferred
