Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with ICU experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the necessary skills to deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients. Your expertise will be critical in managing treatments such as nebulizers, BIPAP/CPAP, and ventilators.
Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as prescribed.
- Manage equipment such as oxygen, BIPAP/CPAP machines, and ventilators.
- Perform arterial blood gas analyses.
- Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RRT credential
- Current VA State License
- Current BLS & ACLS certifications
- Experience in ICU settings is essential
