Job Description
The RN in the Med/Surg/Tele Float Pool is responsible for delivering clinical care to patients in various settings. This role demands versatility and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, providing specialized care to Med/Surg/Tele patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care for Med/Surg/Tele patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition.
- Educate patients and families regarding health management and procedures.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current Ohio RN License is mandatory.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- One year of Med/Surg/Tele experience is preferred.
