Physical Therapist - Outpatient Services

Job Description

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for outpatient services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for patient evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions. Flexibility in scheduling is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage a caseload of 25-30 cases per week
• Perform therapy interventions based on patient needs and assessment
• Utilize productivity tools to achieve the expected visits per day (10-15)
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records using NextGen EHR

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Active and valid Physical Therapist license

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, primarily days (5x8) with the option of 4x10s for suitable candidates.
