Physical Therapist - Rehab Department

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Description

The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive care in the Rehab Department, serving both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation needs. The therapist will be deeply involved in evaluations, follow-up treatments, and specialized therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
Implement follow-up treatments, including vestibular and lymphedema therapies
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
Utilize Meditech and NetHealth documentation systems for patient records

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current Physical Therapist license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Experience in rehabilitation settings preferred, with a focus on team dynamics
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
