CT Tech (Radiology, Cardiology) - 13-Week Contract Position

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Tech specializing in Radiology and Cardiology. This role involves performing all CT studies, including CTA, in both emergency and inpatient settings. The candidate must be able to execute basic and advanced CT exams competently using a GE 64 Multi Slice Scanner. The position requires availability for night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform all CT studies, including CT Angiography (CTA), ensuring high-quality images and accurate results.
• Conduct both basic and advanced CT exams in emergency and inpatient care environments.
• Maintain and operate GE 64 Multi Slice Scanner equipment proficiently.
• Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting, managing up to 25 cases per day.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in the EPIC charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Tech.
• ARRT CT Certification and BLS certification are required.
• Active NJ License required prior to the start of employment.

Schedule

This is a night shift position, working five 8-hour shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
