Job Description
The Physical Therapist will provide evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and successful rehabilitation outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
- Previous experience in a rehabilitation or LTACH setting preferred.
