Job Description
The Echo Technologist will provide echocardiography services at multiple outpatient locations. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform echocardiograms and other related imaging techniques.
- Prepare patients for examinations and explain procedures to ensure comfort.
- Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Document all procedures and patient information accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current licensure as an Echo Technologist or relevant certification.
- Completion of an accredited echocardiography program.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
- Proficiency with echocardiography equipment and software.
