Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for our Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU). The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in an 11-bed facility. This role involves implementing effective treatment plans and performing evaluations to enhance patient recovery outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for patients in need of physical therapy.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document all therapy sessions and patient interactions accurately in the EMR system.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
- Experience in Acute Care or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
