Job Description

The Occupational Therapist will join our dedicated Mammoth Outpatient Rehabilitation team, responsible for evaluating patients referred for occupational therapy, creating treatment plans, and administering therapy treatments in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with a 45-minute appointment every hour.
• Perform evaluation tests and measurements based on the patient's diagnosis.
• Set measurable goals and functional outcomes with input from physicians, patients, and family members.
• Develop and revise treatment programs based on assessments, at a minimum every 6 weeks.
• Utilize appropriate occupational therapy techniques for various diagnoses.
• Document progress reports to align with physician follow-ups and insurance compliance.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of California.
• Preferred experience in outpatient and hand-based therapy.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
