Schedule

Day shift, 4x10-Hour schedule from 07:00 to 17:30, with weekend call required - 1 full weekend per month. On-call duties approximately 7-10 days per month.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IR Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong cath lab experience and be comfortable working in Interventional Radiology. This role requires the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations, particularly during STEMI calls.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of interventional procedures including angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, and pacemaker insertion.
• Ensure the maintenance of a sterile field during procedures.
• Assist with the insertion and programming of AICDs and temporary pacemakers.
• Maintain effective communication with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Interventional Radiology and/or Cath Lab.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• ARRT certification required; candidates holding RCIS certification with relevant experience may be considered.
• Active state licensure required at the time of submission.
• Neuro intervention experience is a plus.
