Schedule
Day shift, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. No weekends or on-call required.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills in evaluating and treating patients within an outpatient setting, providing high-quality care tailored to meet individual patient needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations to assess physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based practices in the treatment of patients.
- Document patient care and progress accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Current SC or Multistate Compact PT License required.
- BLS certification mandatory.
- Preferred experience in outpatient clinic and neuro rehabilitation.
