8-hour Day Shift, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting evaluations, creating treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions for patients in an outpatient setting. The position involves a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, with a daily caseload of 12-14 patients, including double-booking of follow-up visits.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients to determine their rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and diagnoses.
- Provide therapy interventions and ensure adherence to treatment protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as necessary to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
