Job Description

The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing direct patient care, conducting patient evaluations, consultations, and implementing treatments to assist patients in achieving optimal physical performance. This role involves performing individualized evaluations and designing a goal-directed customized plan aimed at enhancing the patient's physical function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques to improve patient mobility and functionality.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and guidance to patients on exercises and post-treatment activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Licensed Physical Therapist in the State. Relevant experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred.
