Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. This position involves providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population, with an emphasis on orthopedic conditions. You will be expected to maintain productivity standards while ensuring a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic interventions to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
- Maintain a patient load of 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits as needed.
- Ensure compliance with established productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Outpatient experience is preferred.
- New Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist, with no acceptance of PTA candidates.
