Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a contract position. This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, guaranteed for 40 hours per week, allowing for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patient mobility and physical function.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and preventive care.
• Document patient progress and modifications to treatment as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
