Night shift: 19:00 - 07:00, with bi-weekly orientation.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, monitor vital signs, and ensure patient safety in a telemetry unit. The RN will manage patient discharges and admissions and demonstrate strong critical thinking and EKG interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor EKGs and vital signs.
• Administer medications and maintain patient safety.
• Manage patient discharges and admissions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Document patient care and outcomes in the electronic health record (EHR).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• 1.5+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Meditech experience preferred.
