Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic/Spine unit. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in orthopedic nursing, specifically with knee and hip replacements and multi-level spine surgeries.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to orthopedic patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement treatment plans.
- Monitor patients' recovery and manage pain effectively.
- Educate patients and families about orthopedic care and recovery.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures regarding patient care and safety.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN License.
- Strong background in orthopedic nursing.
- Experience with knee and hip replacements and spine surgeries preferred.
- Certifications as required by the facility.
