Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with a strong ortho background to join our Ortho/Spine unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in caring for patients undergoing knee and hip replacements, as well as multi-level spine surgeries.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care to individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries.
- Collaborate with medical staff, including physicians and techs, to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient vital signs and manage medication administration.
- Support patients with daily activities and rehabilitation post-surgery.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active RN License.
- Experience in orthopedic nursing preferred.
- Exceptional teamwork and compassion in patient care.
