Schedule
This position is scheduled for 3x12 hour shifts, working nights from 19:00 to 07:30. The rotating schedule is as follows:
- Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
- Week 3: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
- Week 4: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
- Week 5: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Week 6: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
- Week 7: Sunday, Thursday, Friday
- Week 8: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
- Week 9: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
- Week 10: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
- Week 11: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Week 12: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
- Week 13: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a night shift role. The position requires experience in various CT procedures, including but not limited to biopsies and CT angiography. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality imaging while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Conduct CT scans of various body parts as per physician orders.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of CT equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines for radiation protection.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
- Document procedures and results accurately in the electronic medical record.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- ARRT certification in CT and current Maryland state license.
- BLS certification is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency with imaging software and PACS systems is an asset.
