CT shifts consist of three 12-hour days: Friday from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM, Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CT Tech with proficiency in GE CT scanners, Cerner, and/or FUJI PACS. First-time travelers with relevant experience may be considered. The position is within a fast-paced CT department that operates two GE 128 slice scanners and requires availability every other weekend, with no call or floating requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures for various patient demographics including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
- Utilize GE CT scanners for imaging, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to determine imaging requirements for patient diagnosis and treatment.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT imaging is preferred.
- ARRT certification in CT, as well as BLS certification, are required.
- Must possess a valid West Virginia state license to practice.
- Experience with Cerner and/or FUJI PACS is highly desirable.
