Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with 1+ years of experience to join our team. The clinician will work closely with adult and adolescent patient age groups in a focused 1:1 setting, where patient safety and care quality are prioritized. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload that includes a variety of orthopedic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments including Fall Risk Assessments and Gross Motor Assessments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Manage a caseload of 55-65 visits per week.
• Utilize technical staff to extend care during busy times to ensure patient needs are met.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications in physical therapy practice.
