Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Day shift with varied start times. Monday through Friday, with weekend call rotation. 40 hours per week - 8-hour shifts, no option for a 4-day work week.
Job Description
The Physical Therapist position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services with a focus on orthopedics, general medical/surgical, and neurological diagnoses. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy interventions to assist patients in recovery.
- Specialty services include concussion management, vestibular therapy, lymphedema therapy, pelvic control therapy, and dry needling.
- Utilize EMR system (EPIC) for documentation and patient management.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active Physical Therapist license.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy with a focus on the specified areas.
