Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Acute Rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapy interventions and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions.
Monitor and document patient progress.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Prior experience in acute rehabilitation preferred, but all experience levels are welcome.
Clearances required: Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Fingerprinting, and PA State Police Clearance.
