Schedule

Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule (07:00 - 17:30), with call required. Candidates should be available for 12 days in an 8-week schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist (RCIS) to join our team in the Diagnostic & Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field, with proficiency in both diagnostic and interventional procedures. Responsibilities include accurate monitoring, performing various cardiac interventions, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients accurately during procedures.
• Perform various cardiac catheterizations and interventions.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of sterile fields.
• Participate in patient education and advocacy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cardiac cath lab.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Active RCIS certification from a recognized body is a must.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
