Sunday to Thursday, 8 hours per day (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM).
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality patient care in various settings, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. This role requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support nursing staff.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Document patient information and care provided accurately in the charting system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and preventive care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current California RN license.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required.
- Experience with charting systems, Epic preferred.
- Ability to float within the hospital and nearby affiliate hospitals as needed.
- Willingness to work during major holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
