Job Description
The Physical Therapist will deliver high-quality patient care in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) setting, working collaboratively within a dedicated rehab department. The therapist will perform evaluations and follow-up treatments, including specialty treatments such as vestibular and lymphedema interventions, ensuring optimal recovery and rehabilitation outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations for patients upon admission.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide follow-up treatments focusing on patient rehabilitation.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of PT, OT, and ST professionals.
- Utilize specialized rehab equipment and therapy techniques as needed.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license.
- BLS certification is required.
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
