Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality patient care in various medical settings, ensuring adherence to established standards of nursing practice. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate optimal patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Valid RN license.
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- BLS certification required.
