Job Description
The CVOR Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room. This role requires a strong focus on patient safety and providing exceptional nursing care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Assist in surgical procedures and provide support to the surgical team.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families regarding care and treatment plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current Florida or compact RN license in hand.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CVOR specialty.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS required.
- Epic charting experience preferred.
