Job Description
We are seeking a clinically compassionate Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a large, dynamic skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, CA. You will play a key role in evaluating and treating residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat skilled nursing facility patients.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop treatment plans.
- Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active California Occupational Therapist license (or in process under the 60-day rule).
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred (new graduates welcome; mentorship available).
- Strong documentation and time-management skills.
- Flexible and collaborative mindset.
