Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a vibrant and supportive rehabilitation unit. The ideal candidate will provide quality therapy care and ensure effective treatment plans are in place for all patients.

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
Provide 1:1 therapy sessions, ensuring continuity of care.
Collaborate with team members during conferences to discuss patient progress and care strategies.
Utilize advanced therapy equipment and tools, including treadmills, RT300, and Bioness systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Must possess a Physical Therapist license in Florida.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred.
