CT/X-Ray Technologist

Schedule

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shifts are 4x10 hours, Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CT/X-Ray Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in performing CT and X-Ray procedures and possess a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting. This role may require floating to different facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform both CT and X-Ray procedures on adult and pediatric patients.
• Start IVs as required, averaging 8-9 IVs per day.
• Utilize PACS for imaging and ensure accurate documentation in the EPIC system.
• Administer imaging studies, including but not limited to abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, and musculoskeletal assessments.
• Engage with patients across various age groups, including infants and peds.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification in CT and Radiography.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with GE and Siemens imaging equipment; Samsung X-Ray experience preferred.
• Proficiency in handling ED CT and X-Ray exams.
• Previous outpatient experience with adults and pediatrics is required.
