This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Holiday rotation may apply, and start time may vary.
Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist with acute care experience, preferably with experience in a Level I trauma facility. The ideal candidate must adhere to all departmental guidelines and be open to various facilities, locations, shifts, and departments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapy interventions based on established protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- A minimum of 24 months of Physical Therapy experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months.
- Life support certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI are required.
- Active Physical Therapy license to practice with no hits on the state license.
- Current BLS and PALS certifications from approved vendors.
- Driver’s license for residency verification is required.
- Travel experience is highly preferred.
