Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a radiation oncology setting.

Responsibilities

Provide patient assessments and coordinate treatment plans in accordance with protocols.
Administer medications and monitor patient reactions ensuring safety and effectiveness.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and families about treatment processes and aftercare.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of recent oncology nursing experience.
Current AHA BLS certification.
Active RN license.

Holiday Expectations

Must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
