7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with every other weekend and holiday shifts required in rotation with hospital employees.

Job Description

A challenging opportunity awaits for a skilled Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients and participate actively in interdisciplinary patient care discussions. You will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with advanced technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for up to 1-3 ICU patients, including patients on ventilators.
• Conduct bedside shift reports and complete patient handoffs.
• Manage advanced procedures such as CRRT, advanced hemodynamics, and phlebotomy.
• Administer respiratory treatments and participate in post-op care for CABG patients and others.
• Utilize telemetry monitoring and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 36 months of RN experience, with at least 1 year in an ICU setting.
• Previous successful travel nursing assignments preferred, ideally in facilities utilizing Meditech.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale required.
• BSN preferred; advanced certifications such as TNCC are a plus.
