Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in pelvic therapy or strong orthopedic experience with post-operative, spinal, lower extremity, and sports rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing evaluation and treatment plans tailored to meet individual patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and perform assessments.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Provide therapy interventions to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Prepare and educate patients and their families on health and rehabilitation strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must be Herman & Wallace Level 1 Certified or APTA Pelvic Health Certified, or possess significant orthopedic therapy experience.
• No new graduates will be considered for this position.
