Job Description
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, assisting in the management of patient needs and the overall operation of the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient health status and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatment plans as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on healthcare processes and preventive measures.
- Document all patient interactions and care delivered accurately in the electronic medical record.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN licensure in the state of West Virginia.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required.
