Physical Therapist - Outpatient - 5x8 Schedule

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delegating and directing discipline-specific therapy services, ensuring effective return to community activities through functional treatment programs. This role also involves educational responsibilities for patients, families, students, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients
• Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the medical record
• Participate in student programs, providing supervision and positive learning environments
• Create individualized professional development plans with clinical management
• Adhere to the State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality of services

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
• Current CPR certification
• Maintaining professional licensure in good standing

Schedule

This position offers a 5x8 schedule, with guaranteed hours.
