Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Room. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong clinical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' clinical conditions and take appropriate actions in emergency situations.
• Initiate measures when the physician is not immediately available.
• Operate and monitor emergency care equipment such as infusion pumps, ventilators, and cardiac monitors.
• Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed by the physician.
• Document nursing interventions and care delivery effectively.
• Coordinate with team members to match skill sets with patient care requirements.
• Participate in maintaining adequate supplies and a safe environment in the unit.

Schedule

This is a night shift position from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with a requirement to work every other weekend and one major holiday.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience.
• Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (mandatory).
• Ventilator experience is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
