19:00 - 07:00, Every other weekend rotates/As Needed. Call requirements include 2 shifts of call in a 6-week period.
Job Description
The Labor and Delivery unit is seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in maternity care. The facility utilizes OB Tracevue for charting and performs its own C-sections. The candidate is expected to be able to circulate during these procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to maternity women and newborns in alignment with best practices.
- Monitor fetal heart rates, manage labor, and support families during delivery.
- Utilize OB Tracevue for accurate charting and documentation of patient care.
- Assist in C-sections and other delivery procedures as needed.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in Tennessee.
- ACLS, BLS, NRP certifications are required.
- At least 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery.
- Fetal monitoring experience is essential.
