Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with two weekend shifts required per month.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical evaluations and treatments for neuro and orthopedic patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions for inpatient rehabilitation patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress in compliance with facility protocols.
- Float to various units as needed per facility policy.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Must have an active OT or PT license; no temporary licenses allowed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care settings.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred.
- NDT or brain injury certifications are a plus.
Dress Code
- Sage green or olive scrub top, black scrub pants, sage green scrub jacket.
- White or black undershirts only.
- No visible piercings beyond earrings; tattoos should be covered.
