Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team, specializing in the Medical-Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on health management.

Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical setting.

Certifications / Licensure

Current RN license in the state of practice.
BLS certification required.
