AM Shift: 07:00 – 19:30, 3 × 12 hour shifts per week.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) will assess, implement, and evaluate the care needed by assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. The RN is knowledgeable in principles, theories, current methods, and techniques of nursing practice. Using the nursing process, the RN collaborates with patients, family members, significant others, professional peers, and other healthcare team members to individualize patient care. Additionally, the RN will direct nursing support staff in providing patient care according to established standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of assigned patients.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members.
- Direct nursing support staff in the provision of care.
Required Experience
1 year of experience in a clinical specialty area is preferred.
Certifications/Licensure
- PA Registered Nurse License is required.
- Basic Life Support certification is required.
- Multi-State Compact RN License is required.
