7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse will provide care for patients in the Acute Neuro Unit, including overseeing 7 additional overflow beds. This role requires working a set schedule that includes major holidays.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care to individuals in the Neuro unit.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities accurately.
Required Experience
A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the Acute Neuro specialty is required.
Certifications/Licensure
- Required: AHA BLS certification.
- Preferred: ACLS certification.
