Job Description

The CT Technologist will provide high-quality imaging services using computed tomography equipment. This role requires hands-on experience with various CT procedures and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and produce high-quality images.
• Prepare and administer contrast media as necessary.
• Properly position patients and ensure their safety during procedures.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of recent, hands-on experience as a CT Technologist.
• Experience with PACS, GE, Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba imaging systems preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current New York State license as a Radiologic Technologist.
• ARRT certification in CT preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluoroscopy certification required.
• BLS certification must be active.
