8H Day, 8am-5pm

Description

8am-5pm. Primarily a phone triage role.
Primary duties include: Telephone triage and assessment, education, collaboration and coordination of healthcare and community resources.
Assist providers with follow up of test results and assists with coordinating care.
Provide patient education and teaching. Flu vaccine required prior to start. Orientation is weekly.
BLS-AHA required. ASAP start dates only. Must have active MA license.
Must be separated from BILH for 6 months to be considered (perm, per diem, contract).
